Advance Notice of Road Closure in Hungarton

LCC Highways have issued an advance notice of a road closure on Main Street, Hungarton between Baggrave Road and Church Lane in Hungarton.

Severn Trent are undertaking works in the highway that might take up to three days from 20th November. There should be some signs in place before the closure.

Changes to LCC Household Waste Site Opening Hours.

Leicestershire County Council have announced changes to household waste site opening hours that will come into effect from the first week of October 2024. Apparently the changes will save £300,000 per year.

Harborough Rural Grant Scheme.

Harborough District Council have released their rural grant scheme for businesses. Grants are available from £5000-£20000 to support businesses to innovate and grow. Applications are open until 27th September 2024.
